Conference venue

There are two conference venues that will be used during the MPHYS10 meeting, which are literally accross the street with respect to each other.

On Monday, 9. September 2019, the official opening ceremony and lectures will be held in the building of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts:

Grand lecture hall, 2nd floor
Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts
Kneza Mihaila 35
11000 Belgrade, Serbia

After that, from Tuesday, 10. September until Saturday, 14. September 2019, the remainder of the lectures will be held in the building of the Mathematical Institute of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts, which is across the street from the Monday venue:

Amphitheatre, 1st floor
Mathematical Institute, Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts
Kneza Mihaila 36
11000 Belgrade, Serbia

The entrances to both venues are given in these photos, and the pyramid monument in front is very recognizable to anyone, so should be easy to find:

MPHYS10 venue one entrance        MPHYS10 venue two entrance

From the position of the pyramid, the first venue is in the south-west direction (left photo), while the second venue is across the street, in the north-east direction (right photo). The four cardinal directions are denoted on the base of the pyramid with the letters N, E, S and W.
